The first day was rough with a series of room issues and inconveniences. After upgrading to a better room, the experience drastically improved. The rooms definitely need updating, but the upgrade was worth it.

The initial room was terrible with non-functional AC, a faulty refrigerator, and cleanliness issues. Rust in the shower faucets and non-working ice maker added to the disappointments. However, after moving to the upgraded area, the experience changed for the better.
